What areas do you cover?
We are based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, and cover all of Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire.
Is Lost in Time fully insured?
Yes! We have full public liability insurance that covers up to 5 million and a copy will be provided upon booking.
Do visitors hold a DBS
Yes , although not a legal requirement, our visitors hold a full enhanced DBS certificate which will be provided upon booking.
Is there a cancellation/ change the date fee?
Cancellation is charged at 50% of the entire booking fee if notice isn't given within 14 days.
To change the date there is no fee but do require as much time to rearrange as possible. We know and appreciate emergencies happen.
Do Lost in Time provide risk assessments
Yes We do, these will be provided at the time of booking
Do Lost In Time provide special offers or discounts
Yes, if the school is in a 20 mile radius of Stoke on Trent we offer a discount of 10% due to the locality. We also offer discounts for multiple bookings. Please enquire to be find out more information
How do we pay?
Lost in Time accept bank transfers and cheques, this information will be provided at the time of booking. Payments are required to be paid in full within 28 days of the completion of the workshop.
Are workshops SEN friendly?
Yes absolutely! We endeavour to tailor all our workshops to varying levels and abilities depending on individual requirements. Our online workshops have proven to be a very popular choice within the SEN community.
How can I make a complaint ?
As much as we hope you don't need to make a complaint we appreciate difficulties do arise and we take all complaints incredibly seriously. If you do however feel you need an issue resolving or discussing, please email any Concerns or complaints to info@lostintime.uk we aim to respond with 48 hours to all emails.
