In this dynamic workshop, you'll:
- Master the Art of Swordsmanship: Learn the techniques and tactics of the medieval battlefield from seasoned sword-masters.
- Fortify Your Castle: Discover the secrets of fortress construction and defense, ensuring your stronghold stands strong against any siege.
- Courtly Etiquette and Diplomacy: Navigate the intricate web of medieval courtly life with grace and finesse, mastering the art of diplomacy and negotiation.
Whether your pupils are already seasoned knights or a noble squires, this workshop promises to ignite their passion for the medieval period.
A Typical Day…
Sam the Squire will meet your squires in training. Starting off with how to greet each other in the proper manner around the castle. Pupils will then have a chance to explore the weapons and armour of the medieval and then Sam will teach them how to use the ultimate knightly weapon a (child safe) sword!
After break children will explore other jobs inside a castle with a wide array of authentic replicas.
Following on from lunch the children will learn about banquets and learn a dance. To round up the day there will be a story to recap all the learning.
