A Typical Day…
Pupils will meet Paris a Spartan warrior who will introduce themselves in Greek, they will then join the Spartan agōgē (military school) and learn about the weapons and armour of the period.
After break students will experience the thrill of battle in the phalanx as well as reenacting the Battle of Thermopylae.
Following lunch Paris will bring everyday objects from a Greek house for the pupils to study and try to work out what they were used for.
To round up the day there will be stories from the Gods & Goddesses acted out in a humorous way.
Children will also be given plenty of chances to ask questions throughout the day.
